This is my catharsis.

I realize that I am melodramatic and emotional, but this is the most piercing and frustrating situation. My boyfriend and I have lived 1,048 miles away from each other since September 2010... and it is extremely painful. We have been through more than most mid-20 year old couples have, and are truly proud of everything we've gotten through together. Unfortunately because of money (or lack-there-of) and jobs, we are going to be apart until at least August of 2011. We would like to get engaged and start making wedding arrangements, but money is preventing that from happening.

I miss him so much, and he inspires me in so many ways, so I decided to keep this sketchbook diary for him. When I think of something that reminds me of him, or hear a song that I can really feel, I draw it. He doesn't know about it yet, but when it's full, I'll give it to him. And then probably start another one. The only time I feel better is when I'm drawing. I wish he could come home...
